UN Free & Equal

United Nations Free & Equal is a global campaign run by the UN Human Rights Office that promotes equal rights, fair treatment, and awareness for LGBTI people worldwide.

A series of illustrations and graphic design assets were created to mark key LGBTQI+ rights and visibility days, translating complex human rights messaging into engaging, shareable visual content for global audiences.

Project Use & Impact: The assets were shared across UN Free & Equal's social media platforms, reaching diverse international audiences and supporting advocacy campaigns on key visibility days, helping amplify LGBTI rights messaging globally.

Key challenge: Designing culturally sensitive, visually compelling social media assets that advance LGBTI awareness and rights across international audiences while cutting through digital noise.
