We follow a structured process designed for clarity and collaboration.
By aligning on concept and visuals early, we ensure the animation develops smoothly-with built-in opportunities for feedback and refinement before production begins.
We start by understanding the animation's purpose: who it's for, what needs to be explained, and where it will be used. We define the core message, tone, and scope.
1 . Ideation & Brief
We develop a narrative structure based on the brief. The script can be provided by your team or developed collaboratively. At this stage, we focus on clarity, pacing, and accuracy for your intended audience.
2 . Script
We create a series of sketches that map out the visual narrative and pacing. This is your first look at how the animation will unfold and the main opportunity for feedback before production begins.
3 . Storyboard
We illustrate a key scene to establish the visual style, then complete all storyboard frames. From there, we move into animation, integrating music, voiceover, and sound design.
4. Design & animation
The finished animation is delivered in formats suitable for websites, presentations, events, or online sharing. Additional versions - such as subtitled or alternative formats - can be provided if needed.
