This animated explainer video was created to help the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund (PBF) communicate complex funding guidelines to a diverse international audience. The PBF provides rapid, flexible funding for peacebuilding in fragile and post-conflict contexts, but its operating principles and application processes needed to be accessible to practitioners, local partners, and stakeholders working in challenging environments.

The animation transforms dense policy documentation into a clear, engaging visual narrative.

Project Use & Impact: The video enabled the Fund to onboard new partners more efficiently, reduce barriers to access, and help communities navigate the application process with confidence, particularly in low-resource settings.

Key challenge: Making multi-layered UN procedures understandable across language barriers, literacy levels, and varying levels of familiarity with institutional processes.
