Digitalising Systems for Child Development

"For Our Children" is an NGO supporting children and families in Bulgaria through early development programs, family care systems, and social services that ensure children grow up in safe, nurturing environments.

This animated video explains how Israeli clinicians shifted to digital calls and virtual care workflows to maintain treatment continuity during COVID-19, and how these emergency innovations were successfully scaled for broader use.

Project Use & Impact: The video was used by the NGO to inform their own digital transformation strategy and shared with partner organizations exploring virtual care models, providing a practical case study for healthcare innovation.

Key challenge: Translating a real-world healthcare innovation case study into actionable insights for NGOs and health organizations navigating digital transformation.

A second animated video was also created, focused on explaining the necessary components of effective systems for child development support at a policy and structural level.

The challenge was visualizing abstract, interconnected systems-policy frameworks, services, partnerships, and resources-in a way that supports voiceover-driven content without creating visual distraction or overwhelming the narrative.

The animation uses a minimal visual metaphor: building blocks that assemble into a government building structure, representing how different systemic components come together to create a functioning child development framework. The restrained approach keeps focus on the voiceover while making complex policy concepts tangible and memorable.
